Lifetime Trade-In Policy

At Lumea, we believe in responsibility and if you want to participate in our program, we are happy to reward you too. After the warranty period is over, regardless of your product’s condition, you can send us your Lumea device for us to responsibly recycle what we can and dispose of in a responsible manner and in return, we will give you half of your purchase price towards a new device. Even if something happens to your device has been well appreciated, it will never become worthless.

For example: If you have a device that is a few years old that is out of warranty and you want a new bigger or more powerful device, you can simply send it back to us and 50% of it’s value credited towards a new device, as long as it is double the value of your credit amount. You can purchase 1 or more items as long as the total amount is double the value of your credit.

If you sent in a device that was worth $1000 you could get back $500 in credit towards your new purchase as long as it was $1000 or more.

Before sending any products back to us, you must email us at support@lumearedlight.com to process the upgrade details and set you up with a new order credit. Always contact us at support@lumearedlight.com before taking any action. Lumea reserves the right to void any warranty or refuse policy in the rare case of dishonesty, scam, false publications, abuse, offenses of Lumea, or its personnel.
