We are pleased to provide 100% free shipping for all Lumea products.

Our products are conceived, engineered, and housed in our warehouse. Typical transit times for European and North American orders range from 8-12 business days. Occasionally, a label may remain in a "Created Status" until the courier scans the parcel.

We will share the tracking details with your purchase.

Most of our products are dispatched within 4-5 business days. However some of our mats including the Lumea Balance, Spectrum and Hex models may take a bit longer as they are made on order. Once dispatched, order will take from 8-14 days depending on destination.
