You can upgrade your Lumea products if it is in good working condition. You can receive the full retail value of your product when you upgrade, but your new purchase must be at least twice the retail value of your original purchase.

For example: If you have an old $500 Lumea product that is in good working condition, you can send it back to us and get 100% of its purchase value ($500) credited toward your new purchase of $1,000 or more.

You can choose another model or set of products as long as the total amount of your purchase is double your original products value. And you get credit for 100% of the retail value of your product, not 100% of the amount you paid.

Before sending any products back to us, you must email us at support@lumearedlight.com to process the upgrade details and set you up with a new order credit. Always contact us at support@lumearedlight.com before taking any action. Lumea reserves the right to void any warranty or refuse policy in the rare case of dishonesty, scam, false publications, abuse, offenses of Lumea, or its personnel.
